                   Petitioner through this Constitutional Petition has prayed for the following reliefs :-

a)                             That this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents No.1/SHO P.S Ratodero to record the statement of petitioner, if cognizable offence made out same may be booked u/s 154, Cr.P.C;

 

b)                             That this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents No.9 & 3, not to harass petitioner, and further direct the respondents No.1 and 2 to provide protection to the life and property of the petitioner party as per law,

 

c)                              That this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent No.2/S.S.P Kamber to get back the cash amount and other articles which were taken away by the proposed accused shown above;

 

d)                             That cost of the petition may also be awarded to petitioner;

 

e)                              Any other equitable relief under the circumstances may be given to the petitioner.

 

 

                   Notices were issued to the respondents as well as A.A.G.  Comments have been filed by respondents No.1 & 3. 

                   Learned advocate for the petitioner states that he is satisfied from the statements which have been placed on the record by above-named respondents.  Learned State Counsel submits that official respondents shall act strictly in accordance with law.  In these circumstances, learned advocate for the petitioner does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
