                        Through this constitutional petition, petitioner Mst.Irfana Abbasi  has prayed for the following relief(s):

a) Direct the respondent No.1 not to harass, humiliate, force and pressurize the husband of the petitioner, namely,  Shahid Ali Abbasi, at the instance and behest of respondent No.2 & 3, to leave or drive out the  petitioner and her children from his house, with a view to disturb the married life of the petitioner.

b) To direct the respondents No.1 & 4 to provide full legal protection to the petitioner, her husband Shahid Ali and their children and other family members, against  the ill-wishes of respondents No.2 &3, as the petitioner and her husband are residing within their jurisdiction.

c) To award  costs of the petition.

d) To grant any other relief deemed fit and appropriate  in view of the above stated facts and circumstances of the case.

                        Notices were issued to the respondents  as well as A.A.G.  Comments have been filed by respondents No.1 and 4.  The SHO P.S Civil Line in the comments has stated  that he will  provide every protection to the petitioner in accordance with the law.  Learned State Counsel states that every protection of law shall be provided to the petitioner in accordance with the law.

            In these circumstances, Mr. Faiz Mohammad Larik, advocate for the petitioner  does not press  the petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
