            According to the Mr. Tahawwar Ali Khan, learned counsel for KMC, presently no land is available that may be allotted to the petitioner,  who was to shift from the land in his possession,  for few decades back in Cattle-Pens at Korangi and Landhi. 

            By consent of all the counsel present,  we would dispose of this petition with direction to KMC to, in case, the petitioner is entitled to an alternate land and such land is available for establishing a cattle-pen, allot to the petitioner such land in accordance with law.  The petitioner may also trace and point out a suitable piece of land for such purpose.

            The petition, alongwith the pending applications, stands disposed of in the foregoing terms.
