                        Applicant/surety has moved an application praying therein for return of the surety, such as defense saving certificates of Rs.50,000/- produced by him, while he stood surety for accused Khadim Hussain Buledi in the trial Court. Mr. Safdar Ali Ghouri, advocate submits that accused Khadim Hussain Buledi has been acquitted by the learned Ist. Additional Sessions Judge Larkana vide judgment dated 22.01.2011. Surety amount is no more required. Mr. Naimtullah Bhurgari, learned State Counsel recorded no objection, therefore, it is ordered that saving certificates of Rs.50,000/- be returned to the surety after proper verification and identification. Application is allowed. Learned Additional Registrar of this Court is directed to return the saving certificates to surety after observing codal formalities.
