            Through this Constitutional Petition, the petitioner Muhammad Khan Wadhio has prayed for the following relief (s):-

(a) To order the Respondent No.4/ Section board to consider the case of petitioner being a successful candidate and if he is found eligible, he may be appointed accordingly.

(b) Costs.

            Learned Asstt. A.G. at the very outset submits that petitioner shall be considered for the post applied for in accordance with law, if he is found eligible.

            In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
