            Through this Constitutional Petition, the petitioner Abdul Manan Chandio has prayed for the following relief(s) :-

(a) To direct the respondents No.2 to 5, not to harass the petitioner and his relative at the behest of the respondent No.6 without due course of law;

(b) To direct respondent No.6 not to harass petitioner party through official respondents and leave them to defend their interest before the Courts of law.

            Notices were issued to the respondents, as well as A.A.G. Comments have been filed by the respondents No. 2 to 6; in which it is stated that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioner, nor petitioner shall be harassment in future. Learned Addl. A.G. also states that official respondents shall act strictly in accordance with law and not to indulge in any activity contrary to law.

            In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied from such statements which are already on record and does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
