            By consent, this criminal bail application is disposed of with direction to learned trial Court to conclude the trial of Sessions Case No.843/2012 within a period of 45 days from the receipt of this order. In case the trial is not concluded within 45 days then the applicant will be at liberty to file a fresh bail application before the trial Court on the ground available to the applicant and the trial Court shall decide the same on its own merits.

            Criminal Bail Application is disposed of in the above terms.
