          At the very outset learned counsel for the applicants submitted that he would be satisfied and would not press present bail application, if direction be given to the trial Court to conclude the trial of the case within some specific time.

          The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial of the case preferably within period of three months from receipt of this order. The bail application stands disposed of accordingly.
