                   Mr. Morio seeks inclusion of the amount of Rs.897,252/- in the order dated 27.9.2012, which was inadvertently not mentioned in the common order passed in C. P. No.D-1706 and 1707 of 2011.  The amount of Rs.897,252/- prayed for in C. P. No.1707/2011 with markup at the rate of 8% from the date when the petitioner completed the work and submitted the bills, is also directed to be paid by the respondents to the petitioner.  Since the order dated 27.9.2012 is a common order in both the petitions, therefore, this correction is made in the order and respondents are liable to pay both the amounts, as claimed by the petition in C. P. No.D-1706 and 1707 of 2011.  As the common order is already passed on 27.9.2012 and corrected today, listed application is disposed of in the above terms.
