                        The statement has been filed for and on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3  jointly  wherein it is stated  as under:

“          1.         That it is hereby clarified that Chandka Sub-Division was with Division-I, Larkana (newly named as Kamber Division), now it has been stood shifted to Operation Division Larkana for all technical and administrative purposes vide office order dated 17.10.2012, fax whereof is produced herewith.

                        2.         That all litigants/consumers of Chandka Sub-Division, Larkana will be entertained at Sub-Division, Larkana  and Circle Larkana and  their electricity  bills will be issued from Larkana Division and their complaints regarding electricity bills will be resolved/entertained at Larkana Division.

                        3.         That under the instructions of competent authority, I assure this honourable Court that all the pensioners  of the Larkana will get their pension and other dues from Operation Division, Larkana. 

                        Counsel for the petitioner is satisfied with the statement  filed today  by counsel for the respondents duly signed by the concerned  officer of the respondent No.1.  The terms of the statement filed today shall be enforceable  from 1st November, 2012 and violation of the terms shall be treated as commission of contempt  of court on the part of respondents.   Petition is disposed of accordingly.
