2.                It is contended by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the case of the petitioner is identical to the petitioners in C. P. No.D145 of 2011 and other connected petitions, wherein order was passed on 09.8.2012 by this Court and direction was given to the respondents to examine the cases of the petitioners and if they are found fit and eligible, they may be considered for the posts for which they have applied, otherwise submit detailed report before this Court.  Learned Counsel submits that after passing of the order Inspector General of Sindh Police has already constituted a committee vide order dated 07.9.2012, photocopy of which is provided by learned Counsel for the petitioner, which may be taken on record.  Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if same treatment is given to the present petitioner.  Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to approach the Committee constituted by the orders referred to above and the Committee in turn is directed to examine the case of the petitioner and if the petitioner is found fit and eligible, he may be considered for the post applied, otherwise report be submitted before this Court. 

                   The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
