                        In their comments  respondent No.1  stated  that a letter dated 04.02.2011 was issued to the petitioner which is enclosed alongwith the comments whereby  certain documents were required  to be submitted by the petitioner.  Counsel for the petitioner  undertakes  that within one week’s time the required documents would be submitted in the office by the respondent No.1.  Respondent No.1 is directed to move the summary to the competent authority and  the competent authority is directed to decide the case of the petitioner within 60 days’ time from today.   On these directions, petition is disposed of alongwith all listed applications.
