It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the case of the petitioner is identical to the petitioners who had filed C.P.No.145/2011 and other connected petitions, wherein order was passed on 09.8.2012 by this Court and direction was given to the respondents to examine the cases of the petitioners and if they are found fit and eligible, they may be considered for the said posts for which they have applied, otherwise submit detailed report before this Court. Learned counsel submits that after passing of the order committee has already been constituted vide order dated 07.9.2012 passed by Inspector General of Police Sindh Karachi, the same is enclosed as annexure ‘G’ at page No.79 of the present petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the same treatment may be given to the present petitioner, then the petitioner would be satisfied and does not press the present petition. The petitioner is directed to approach the Committee constituted by the orders referred to above and the Committee is directed to examine the case of the petitioner and if the petitioner is found fit and eligible, he may be considered for the post applied, otherwise report be submitted before this Court. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
