                   While replying para No.6 of the petition, the respondent No.3/District Officer, Roads, Jacobabad in his comments has admitted that as per sanction strength of SNE the salary bills of 17 persons have been released by the District Accounts Officer, Jacobabad.  Respondent No.4/District Accounts Officer, Jacobabad in his comments has endorsed no objection to entertain the salary bills of the petitioners, if the same are received to him through respondent No.2 and list of fresh appointees from Finance Department and that he will follow the orders of this Court. 

                   Since the respondents have already admitted the submission of salary bills of the petitioners, therefore, respondents are directed to pay the salary amount of the petitioners within 30 days time from today.

                   The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
