Mr. Mohammad Yaqoob Dahani submits that in the office file of the A.A.G, there is office letter dated 09.04.2010 sent to the petitioner by the Executive District Officer/respondent No.2 wherein direction was made to submit following documents:

1. Form VII-B duly mutated in favour of Education Department.

2. Copy of agreement you entered into with department for providing piece of land/plot free of cost.

3. Nomination in favour of the applicant whom you want to be appointed in lieu of said plot.

4. Documents relevant to the candidate to be appointed.

Enabling him to move summary to the competent authority/Chief Minister Sindh. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he will provide the copies of the required documents of the ownership of the plot and as required in the letter within seven days’ time in the office of respondent No.2 and respondent No.2 shall move the summary to the competent authority within 30 days’ time from today and the case of the petitioner is directed to be decided within a period of 60 days’ time from today. State Counsel is directed to place on record the letter referred to above in the court file.

On these directions counsel for the petitioner is satisfied and the petition is disposed of alongwith listed applications in the above terms.
