                        Present petition was filed by the petitioner for his appointment  for the post of  watchman/peon.  Respondents  in their comments  stated as under:  

(a) It is prayed before the Honourable Court that as a matter of record/policy, the contents of Para No.14 also need no comments to offer.  However, it is respectfully submitted that as per public notice for plot owners  published  in daily Awami Awaz dated 26.07.2012, he was required  to submit documentary evidence/proof on or before cut-off date, i.e 15.08.2012, but he failed or ignored to do so far.  In spite of this, the learned counsel of the petitioner is asked to direct his client to produce following complete documentary evidence/proof, enabling  the answering Respondent to move his case to the higher authorities for getting approval as well as sanction of post of chowkidar/Naib Qasid.

i) Copy of Agreement Bond signed by the applicant/plot donor and Education Department regarding construction of school building. 

ii) Copy of Form VII-B duly signed by Mukhtiarkar (Land Revenue) concerned showing the ownership of plot/land  of the applicant.

iii) NOC of other shareholders of land/plot  and other heirs  of property.

iv) Qualification certificates, CNIC, Domicile and PRC of the applicant.

v) Certificate from relevant officer that  land donated for construction of  school building stand transferred in the name of Education & Literacy Department, Govt. of Sindh.

On its approval, the petitioner will be considered according to the existing policy in practice.”

The petitioner is directed to provide requisite documents to respondent No.2 within 10 days from today as mentioned in the prayer clause of comments and respondents  are directed to get approval/sanction of the post of Chowkidar/Naib Qasid  within 30 days time and intimate the progress  to this Court through Additional Registrar of this Court.

                        Petition is disposed of in the above terms  by consent of the  counsel for the petitioner.
