                        Present petition has been filed by the petitioner for his appointment  against the post of  inferior/non-teaching staff viz. Chowkidar/Naib Qasid or Malhi in Govt. Boys Primary School, Ashraf Khan Dahani Taluka Ratodero District  Larkana.  Respodnents No.1 to 3 have filed their comments  wherein it is stated that as per prevailing policy of government  preferential rights for appointment  of Naib Qasid/Chowkidar to be given to the plot  donors   or his nominee.  Respondents have already moved petitioner’s  case to the higher authorities for  obtaining  necessary approval vide letter No.EDO(E) PD/-474/2010, Larkana dated: 04.06.2010 and on its approval and sanction the petitioner’s case will be considered.   Respondents are directed to decide the case of the petitioner for his appointment within period of 30 days time from today and submitted compliance report to this Court through  Additional Registrar of this Court.  Petition is disposed of  in the above terms.
