                        It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner  that the father of the petitioner donated plot  measuring 4000 sq. ft to Education Department  for construction of school  building in Taluka Dokri.  Respodnent No.2 has filed parawise comments  in which this fact has not been denied.  In para No.3  of the comments  respondent No.2  has stated   as per prevailing policy  and preferential right  for appointment  of chowkidar  or  Naib Qasid  be given to the plot donors or his nominee.   Learned counsel for the petitioner  further submits  that  the requisite documents mentioned in the prayer clause  of the comments have already been provided/supplied to concerned department by the petitioner however, the  learned counsel  submits that the petitioner will again supply copies of the documents to the respondent No.2 within one week time from today.  Respondent No.2  is directed that after receipt of the documents  the case of the petitioner be forwarded to the higher authorities  for getting transfer/sanction  for appointment  of the petitioner  as Chowkidar/Naib Qasid  and decide the case of the petitioner within a period of 30 days time from today.  On this direction, the petition is disposed of in the above terms. Respondent No.2 is directed to submit compliance report to this Court through Additional Registrar.
