4.         It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that an FIR No.48/2012  is registered at P.S Civil Line Larkana against the applicants.   Applicants have come to information and knowledge  that ATC Larkana has issued N.B.Ws  against the applicants.   Applicants intended  to surrender  themselves before the Court but due to issuance of N.B.Ws   they are apprehending  their arrest  therefore, they approach to this Court.

                        Without touching merits  of the case, protective bail   for seven days  from today upto 02.10.2012 is hereby granted  to the applicants  on their furnishing surety  in the sum of Rs.50,000/= each with P.R  bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.  This order shall cease to have effect  beyond  period of seven days’ time or the date  when the applicants surrender themselves before ATC Larkana  whichever is earlier.  The order of issuance of N.B.Ws  against the applicants is stayed for seven days.   In case of non-appearance  of applicants  before ATC Larkana within seven days, surety so furnished  shall be forfeited automatically.

                        The application stands disposed of.
