4.  Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in FIR No.125/2012  registered at P.S A Section  Shahdadkot due to enmity of applicant with one ASI Mohammad Malok Chandio.  Applicant intends to surrender himself before the ATC Larkana but since N.B.Ws have been already issued  against him so there is apprehension of malafide arrest of applicant therefore, he approached this Court.

                        Without touching merits  of the case, protective bail   for seven days  from today upto 02.10.2012 is hereby granted  to the applicant  on  his furnishing surety  in the sum of Rs.50,000/= with P.R  bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.   This order shall cease to have effect  beyond  period of seven days’ time or the date  when the applicant surrender himself before ATC Larkana  whichever is earlier.  The order of issuance of N.B.Ws  against the applicant is stayed for seven days.   In case of non-appearance  of applicant  before ATC Larkana within seven days, surety so furnished  shall be forfeited automatically.

                        The application stands disposed of.
