            Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 and 2 has placed on record office order dated 24.9.2012 whereby in pursuance of the order of this Court dated 06.9.2012 and with the approval of competent authority, petitioner has been admitted in 2^nd Semester First Year MBBS on district merit seat for sessions 2011-2012.

            In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied and does not press the contempt application which is dismissed as not pressed.
