Statement is taken on record. Learned counsel for the respondents No.1 to 3 present in Court confirms that the petitioner has made payment of the liabilities due against him and submits that respondents would not harass the petitioner in future and shall not take any coercive action against the petitioner. On this statement, learned counsel for the petitioner stands satisfied and does not press the present petition which is disposed of accordingly.
