                        Comments are filed by respondents No.2 to 4.  In para No.12 of the comments. Respondents No.2 to 4 submits that direction be passed to the petitioner to produce following documents/ documentary evidence/proof, enabling the answering respondents to move this case  to higher authority for getting approval  and that on its approval the case of the petitioner would be considered according  to existing policy and practice. 

i. Original application for appointment against deceased quota.

ii. Service Book of deceased civil servant.

iii. Service Certificate of deceased civil servant.

iv. Obituary of deceased civil servant.

v. Qualification certificates, Domicile, PRC, CNIC of the applicant.

vi. Heirship Certificate duly signed by Mukhtiarkar  (Revenue) concerned.

vii. N.O.C of legal heirs on stamp paper regarding appointment of the applicant.

            The petitioner is directed to submit the requisite documents before the respondents and the respondents are directed to obtain requisite approval within six weeks’ time  from today.   On these directions, by consent  of learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Asstt: A.G, matter is disposed of in the above  terms.
