2.       Mr. Habibullah Ghouri, Advocate files Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No. 4, which is taken on record. Petitioner is also present in person. Detainee Mst. Fozia Irshad is produced by SHO Women P.S Larkana; she is aged about 23/24 years of age, she has been recognized by the petitioner before this Court who is her grand-father. Detainee stated before this Court that she had contracted marriage with respondent No. 4 according to Mohammedan Law without duress, coercion and undue influence and she had already filed C.P. No. S-328/2012 before this Court and a detailed order was passed on 29.5.2012.

          Since the detainee is major, sui juris therefore she is set at liberty to live with her husband/ respondent No. 4, as she desired as such.  The petition is disposed of accordingly. The respondents No.1 to 3 are directed to provide protection to the detainee as well as respondent No. 4 as and when they approach to them.
