                        Petitioner has prayed for the directions to respondent No.2 and 3 to constitute Special Medical Board  to examine Bashir Ahmed Chhutto and for transfer of investigation as well as for quashment of FIR No.88/2012 registered at P.S Warrah. 

                        With regard to transfer of investigation, alternate and efficacious remedy is always available to the petitioner to approach  to the learned Justice of Peach/concerned Sessions Judge by filing application U/S 22-A and 22-B Cr.P.C.  Respondents No.2 and 3 are directed to constitute  Special Medical Board to examine injured Bashir Ahmed Chhutto within a week’s time.  By these directions, the petition is hereby disposed of.
