Mr. Ahmed Bux Abro, advocate for the petitioners. Both petitioners are present in Court.

Mr. Mohammad Bachal Tunio, A.A.G assisted by Mr.Imtiaz Ahmed Shahani, State Counsel a/w PSI Bashir Ahmed Abro on behalf of SSP Larkana, ASI Zahid Abro, on behalf of SHO P.S Rehmapur and ASI Imran Illahi of P.S Korangi Mil Area Karachi.

                        Respondents No.1 and 3 are present in Court  have filed statements in writing  which are taken on record.  I.O of the case respondent No.4 ASI Imran Illahi  present in Court was directed  to record statement of petitioner NO.1 in the office of Additional Registrar of this Court.  After recording statement of the petitioner No.1, it transpires that petitioner No.1  has contracted marriage with petitioner No.1  without any duress, coercion or undue influence, with her consent.

              In view of the averments of the memo of petition as well as statement of petitioner No.1 recorded today by the I.O,  the I.O of the case is directed to submit report in the Court of Judicial Magistrate having jurisdiction and obtain order from the Court  after producing order passed today by this Court.   Petitioners need not to appear before  Judicial Magistrate at the time of submission of the report.  Respondents No.1 to 5 are directed to provide protection to the petitioners  as and when they approach to them. 

                        In view of the directions passed today, counsel for the petitioners is satisfied and does not press the petition.  Present petitioner is disposed of accordingly.
