4.         Applicants/accused seek protective bail in crime No.151/2012 registered against them at Police Station Ranipur under section 365-B,     337-H(2) PPC.

            It is contended that Khairpur police had conducted raids upon the houses of the applicants. Applicants/accused are prepared to surrender before the learned Sessions Judge, Khairpur.

Without touching merits, protective bail for a period of four days is granted to the applicants from today subject to their furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this Court.

            This order shall cease to have effect after expiry of four days from today or when the applicants appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Khairpur whichever is earlier.

            Crl. Bail Application is disposed of accordingly.
