2.         Urgent application granted.

3.         Applicants/accused seek protective bail in crime No. 38/2012 registered against them at Police Station Baqapur under sections 427, 436, PPC.

            It is contended that the applicants/accused after grant of bail remained absent from the trial Court due to some unavoidable circumstances. Now they are prepared to surrender, since N.B.Ws have been issued against  the applicants, they apprehend their arrest.

            Without touching merits, protective bail for a period of four days is granted to the applicants/accused from today with direction to surrender before the learned Sessions Judge, Larkana. Meanwhile operation of N.B.Ws issued by learned trial Court are suspended. Applicants/accused shall furnish surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this Court.

            This order shall cease to have effect after expiry of four days from today or when the applicants appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Larkana whichever is earlier.

            Crl. Bail Application is disposed of accordingly.
