4.         Applicants/accused seek protective bail in crime No.193/2012 registered against them at Police Station Ratodero under section 302, PPC.

            Learned counsel for the applicants/accused submitted that the applicants are prepared to surrender before the learned Sessions Judge, Larkana as N.B.Ws have been issued by the learned trial Court applicants apprehend their arrest.

            Without touching merits, protective bail for a period of four days is granted to the applicants subject to their furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this Court.

            This order shall cease to have effect after expiry of four days from today or when the applicants appear before the trial court whichever is earlier.

            Crl. Bail Application is disposed of accordingly.
