                   Mr. Sarfraz Khan Jatoi, learned advocate for the applicant, submitted that F.C. Suit No.07/2011 re Sarfraz Ahmed v. Ghulamullah & others, has been decreed by learned III-Senior Civil Judge, Larkana vide his judgment and decree dated 25.2.2011.  Execution Application No.15/2011 has also been allowed vide order dated 22.10.2011.  He submitted that yet decree has not been satisfied.  Thereafter, decree holder approached to learned District Judge, Larkana by filing Civil Transfer Application No.2/2012.  The same was dismissed with direction to learned Senior Civil Judge to proceed with the matter and dispose it of in accordance with law. 

                    Grievance of Mr. Jatoi is that despite directions of learned District Judge execution proceedings have not been finalized.

                   After hearing learned Counsel for the parties, instant transfer application is dismissed for the reasons that civil suit and execution application have already been disposed of.  However, executing Court is directed to make efforts to satisfy Decree, in accordance with law, within one month under intimation to this Court.
