4.       Through this constitutional petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following relief (s):-

(a) To direct the respondents No.2 and 3 not to harass the petitioners directly, indirectly, except due course of law.

(b) To direct respondents No.2 and 3, not to harass/pressurize private Jurga with private respondents, further direct to respondent No.2 to provide legal protection to petitioners. 

          Mr. Imtiaz Ali Shahani, learned State Counsel present in Court in other maters waives notice of this petition and states that the official respondents are bound to provide protection to the petitioners, if and when approached.

          Learned counsel for the petitioners is satisfied from such statement of learned State Counsel. However, in the best interest of justice it is ordered that official respondents shall strictly act in accordance with law and will not indulge in any activity contrary to the law; however protection to the person and property of the petitioners shall be provided by the official respondents in accordance with law. In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
