4.         Applicants/accused seek protective bail in crime No.97/2012 registered at Police Station Rahmatpur under sections 324, 427, 506/2, 504, 114, 34, PPC. Learned advocate for the applicants contends that applicants are prepared to surrender before the trial Court but concerned police has cordoned the Sessions Court.

            Without touching merits of the case, protective bail for a period of four days is granted to the applicants from today subject to their furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this Court.

            This order shall cease to have effect after expiry of four days  or on the date when the applicants surrender before the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Larkana whichever is earlier.

            Criminal Bail Application stands disposed of accordingly.
