          It may be mentioned here that petition was filed without obtaining signature/RTI of petitioner. Mr. Zahid Hussain Chandio, Advocate submits that Darul Aman authorities had dis-allowed him to obtain signature/RTI of petitioner. Under the circumstances, this Court vide order dated 05.11.2012, called petitioner in Court and in compliance of such order the petitioner Mst. Sabra has been produced by Darul Aman authorities, Larkana. She is asked whether she wants to engage Mr. Zahid Hussain Chandio, Advocate, as her counsel, she replied in positive, and Mr. Zahid Hussain Chandio, Advocate obtained her RTI on his Vakalatnama in open Court.

 

          The statement of the petitioner is recorded, in which she has stated that she left house of her parents on 01.11.2012, and went to Police station Thull and on the next morning she was produced before Sessions Court, Jacobabad, by the police, wherefrom she was sent to Darul Aman, Larkana. She has categorically stated that now she wants to go and reside with her father, who is present in Court. Since the petitioner is sui-juris and wants to go with her father. She is allowed to go and reside with her father, namely, Ghulam Sarwar Noonari, who is present in Court, on execution of his P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with Additional Registrar of this Court, to ensure safety and security to the life of the petitioner.  The concerned S.H.O shall also provide lawful protection to petitioner           Mst. Sabra, as and when required. The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
