Through the instant petition,
the petitioner has sought the following reliefs:-
1.
Direct the
official respondents not to harass the petitioners in any way or whatsoever
nature.
2.
Direct the
official respondents as well as private respondents not to dispossess the
petitioners from plots 467, 466, 468, 463, 462 and 320 without due process of
law.
Learned
counsel present for the Respondents submit that they have no objection to the
disposal of the petition in terms of the prayer clauses 1 and 2.
We
would, therefore, dispose of this petition by directing the Respondents not to
harass the petitioner illegally and unlawfully and not to dispossess him from
the subject plots, if he, in fact, is in possession thereof without due process
of law.
