Through
the instant petition, the petitioner has sought the following reliefs:-
a)
Direct the
concern authorities to produce the Form-B submitted by the father of the
petitioners in the 1974, and also direct them to issue true copy of the same to
the petitioner.
b)
Direct the
concern authorities rectify the unnatural date of birth of both the petitioners
on the basis of Form-B submitted by their father.
Mr. Munir-ur-Rehman learned DAG, who
is present in other cases, waives notice and perused the prayer clause.
By
consent the petition is disposed of by directing the Respondent No.2 to process
and decide the application of the petitioners for the above noted
relief/correction on the basis of the record maintained by them ad strictly in
accordance with law within one month from today without fail. The petitioners’
counsel shall obtain certified copy of the instant order, so that the
petitioner may pursue the matter on the basis thereof.
