                        Through this application, the applicant Mst. Shahzadi Khatoon,  has prayed for the following relief (s):

a) That this Honourable Court may  be pleased to issue rule nisi and direct the respondents No.01 and 02 to recover the detainee Mst. Heer Khatoon, who has been locked inside the room and apprehend danger to her life at the hands of respondents No.04 to 12 and action may be taken against the respondent No.03.

b) The statement of detainne may be recorded and then in the light of her statement, she may be set at liberty.

c) Award cost of the application.

            Notices were issued to the respondents as well as Addl. A. G. Respondents No.1 & 2 were directed to recover the detainee and produce her before this Court. Today Mst. Heer Khatoon is produced  by her husband Parvano. Statement of Mst. Heer Khatoon is recorded in which she has categorically stated that she married to Parwano with the consent of her parents and she lives happy life with her husband. She has further stated in her statement that her husband had not allowed her parents to see her. Parwano, the husband of Mst. Heer Khatoon is present in Court, he assures the Court that he will allow the parents of Mst. Heer to meet her at any time. In these circumstances, learned advocate for the applicant does not press this application more and it is disposed of accordingly.
