                        Through this application, the applicant Abdul Waheed,  has prayed for the following relief (s):

a) Issue rule nisi directing the respondent No.1,8 & 9 to recover the lady/detenue from the house of respondent No.2 to 7 and produce her before this Court and after recording her statement she may be set at liberty with the directions to the private respondents not to do such kind of illegality again in the future.

b) Any other equitable relief this Honourable Court deems fit and proper.

            Notices were issued to the respondents as well as Addl. A. G. Comments were filed by SSP, Larkana, respondent No.9. Mst Shabana is produced by SHO PS Badeh. Her statement is recorded in which she has categorically stated that she was kidnapped by Abdul Waheed Junejo. She is residing with her parents and passes happy life there. She may be allowed to go to the house of parents. In these circumstances as Mst. Shabana is sui juris, she is allowed to go to the house of her parents. Mst. Shabana may initiate legal proceedings against applicant Abdul Waheed, if she desires so. In these circumstances, learned advocate for the applicant does not press this application and it is disposed of accordingly.
