                        Mr. Ahsan Ahmed Qureshi, learned advocate for the applicant/accused submits  that he would be satisfied and would not press bail application  if  directions are issued to the trial Court for concluding the trial within a period of three months. 

            Learned State Counsel recorded no objection if directions are issued to the trial Court for conclusion of trial within the above mentioned period.  

            In these circumstances, trail Court is directed to conclude  the trial within a period of three months.  Learned counsel for the applicant/accused  does not press this  application which dismissed as not pressed.
