                        Through this Constitutional Petition, the petitioner Atta Muhammad Pahore,  has prayed for the following relief (s):

a) To issue RULE NISI for production of detainee namely Mst. Phapul (wife of petitioner), along with her two minor daughters from the illegal confinement of respondent No.4 to 7 through respondents No.1 & 2 before this Hon’ble Court and after recording her statement she may be set at liberty and be allowed to go wherever she likes.

b) To pass an appropriate order for illegal act of the private respondents, including registration of criminal case.

c) That this Hon’ble Court may further be pleased to direct respondents No.1 & 2 to provide protection to the petitioner, his wife and other family members.

d) To award costs of application.

e) Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper.

            Notices were issued to the respondents as well as Addl. A. G. Today Mst.Phapul is produced by SDPO Thull, Ghulam Murtaza Mirani. Statement of Mst.Phapul is recorded in which she has stated that about one month back, the petitioner Atta Muhammad started maltreating her and leveled false allegation of ‘Karap’ and drove her out from the house. Presently she is intending to go with the brothers who are present in Court. In these circumstances, Mr. Shahbaz Ali Brohi, learned advocate for the petitioner does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
