                        Through this Constitutional Petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following relief :

a)                  That this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents No.1 & 2 to stop causing harassment to the petitioners at the behest of respondents No.3 & 4 and do not disturb their peaceful life any more without due course of law.

b)                  That direct the respondent No.5 and 6 to ensure registration of FIR against the respondents No.3 & 4 for forcible nikah and rukhsati of petitioner MstHakimzadi with respondent No.4 in existence of her first marriage/nikah with petitioner No.2 and her illegal captivity with them and also ensure protection of life and liberty of petitioners.

c)                  Award costs.

d)                  Any other relief as this Hon’ble Court deem fit and proper may also be awarded.

 

            Statements have been filed by respondents No.1, 2 & 6. Mr. Abdul Sattar Chandio, advocate for petitioners does not press the prayer ‘B’ made in prayer clause and only states that respondent No.1 & 2 may be directed not to cause harassment to the petitioners at the instance of respondents No.3 & 4. Mr. Abdul Karim Surahiyo, advocate for respondent No.3 is present in the Court and states that no harassment whatsoever shall be caused to the petitioners. Official respondents are also directed to provide protection to the petitioners in accordance with the law. It is further ordered that official respondents shall act in accordance with the law. In these circumstances, learned advocate for the petitioners does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
