consent, this petition is disposed of by directing the Trial Court seized of
the criminal matter, to proceed in the matter expeditiously and strictly in accordance
with law. We would also direct the investigation officer to make his fullest
efforts to locate the vehicles in question as according to the petitioner, the
vehicles are at some place in Islamabad and if so, the I/O may seek assistance
from the concerned police also. The investigation be carried out honestly,
prudently and diligently. Fullest efforts may be made for locating the vehicles
in question so that their location be brought to the notice of the trial court.
The
petition alongwith pending applications stands disposed of.
