Through this constitutional petition, petitioner Mst.Hayata has prayed for the following relief:
a) That, this Honourable Court may kindly be pleased to call respondents No.1 to 11 and direct them not to violate fundamental rights and legal privileges of petitioner and her family and to avoid from arresting, harassing, pressurizing or confining her and dispossessing from land, except due course of law.
b) That, this honoruable Court may also be pleased to direct the respondent No.1 to register FIR against private respondents of such highhandedness.
c) That, this Honourable Court may also be kindly pleased to direct the S.S.P Jacobabad, (Respondents No.12) to ensure legal protection to petitioner and her family against apprehended life and property loss at the hands of private respondents named above and undue harassment and disagreement, as well as arbitrary arrest at the hands of respondent No.1.
d) To pass any other order as deemed fit and proper to secure legal privileges of petitioner under the prevailing circumstances according to law.
Notices were issued to respondents as well as A.A.G. Comments have been filed by the respondent No.1. Learned counsel for the respondents No.2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9 and 11 state at bar that above named respondents have never harassed the petitioner nor the petitioner shall be harassed in future. Learned State Counsel also submits that no harassment shall be caused by the official respondents and every protection of law shall be provided to the petitioner. SHO P.S Garhi Khairo is present in Court and states that as soon as the petitioner appeared before him he would record her statement, if a cognizable offence is made out, he will proceed in the matter further in accordance with the law. In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition more which is disposed of accordingly.
