                        Through this Constitutional Petition, the petitioner Allah Aando Jarwar has prayed for the following relief (s):

a) That this Honourable Court may kindly be pleased to call the Respondent No.2 & 3 and they may be directed to provide protection to the lives, property of the petitioner and not to create any harassment and not to pressurize the petitioner to sale his house to Respondent No.5 in which he along with his family members is residing.

b) That this Honourable Court may kindly be pleased to call the Respondent No.5 and he may be directed not to harass the petitioner and not to stop him from using drainage and street which are common and for the use of public and Villagers.

c) To grant any other relief which this Honourable Court deems fit and proper.

            Notices were issued to the respondents as well as Addl. A. G. Comments were filed by SSP, Dadu, respondent No.2 in which it is categorically stated that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioner nor shall be harassed in future and no act contrary to law shall be taken. Respondent No.2 has further stated that every protection shall be provided to the petitioner as and when required. In these circumstances, learned advocate for the petitioner does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly with direction to the respondents to strictly act in accordance with the law, else they will expose themselves to the contempt of Court proceedings.
