                        Through this Constitutional Petition, the petitioner Mst. Zainat-u-Nisa  has prayed for the following relief (s):

a)                  That this Honourable Court may be pleased to direct the respondents No.1 to 03 not to harass the petitioner without due course of law, who due to their threatened acts passing a miserable life.

b)                  That this Hon’ble Court further be pleased to direct the respondent No.2 to provide protection to the petitioner and make ensure that no harassment should be caused to her at the hands of respondent No.1 and 2.

c)                  Award costs of the petition.

d)                  Any other relief, which this Honourable Court deems fit and proper, be also awarded to the petitioner.

 

            Notices were issued to the respondents as well as Addl. A. G. Comments have been filed by respondents No.1 to 3. In the comments, it is stated that no harassment whatsoever has been caused by the official respondents to the petitioner. Learned State Counsel present in Court also states that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioner nor petitioner shall be harassed in future and every protection provided in law shall be provided to the petitioner. In these circumstances, it is ordered that official respondents shall act strictly in accordance with the law and not to act contrary to law, else they will expose themselves to contempt of Court proceedings. In these circumstances, Miss Leela @ Kalapna Devi, advocate for petitioner does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
