Learned
AAG, who is present in Court in some other cases, waives notice of this
petition and goes through the memo of the petition. By consent, the petition is
disposed of by directing the Respondents to conduct themselves in the matter
strictly in accordance with law and not to harass or coerce the petitioner
illegally and/or unlawfully and further direct the I/O and SHO of P.S Kumb
District Khairpur to conduct the investigation honestly, fairly, diligently and
expeditiously, in doing so, the I/O shall record the statement of petitioner
verbatim, so that the matter may proceed strictly in accordance with law. The
investigation shall be concluded at the earliest and the report be submitted
before the trial court accordingly. The concerned SSP and SHO of P.S Kumb
District Khairpur shall ensure full and effective security for the petitioner
and her relatives, who may accompany her so that no harm may be caused to the
life, liberty and honour of the petitioner. Copy of this order be also sent to
SSP Khairpur.
The
petition alongwith pending applications stands disposed of in the foregoing
terms.
