                        Through this Constitutional Petition, the petitioner Dawan Shah, has prayed for the following relief (s):

a) That this Honourable Court may  be pleased to direct the respondents No.2 & 3 to provide  protection to the lives and property of the petitioner and his family members and to take legal action against the respondents No.4 to 6 for their threatened acts.

b) To direct the respondent No.2 not to harass the petitioner at the behest of respondents No.4 to 6 without due course of law.

c) To award cost of the petition.

d) Any other  relief which this Hon’ble Court may deems fit and proper under the circumstances of the case.

            Today Mr. Ameer Ahmed Narejo, learned State Counsel is present in other cases and waives notice of this petition and states that official respondents are bound to provide every protection to the petitioner as provided under the law and official respondents shall strictly act in accordance with the law and shall not indulge in any activity contrary to law. In these circumstances, learned advocate for the petitioner does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
