4.       The applicant Lal Bakhsh Depar (Police Inspector), seeks protective bail in Crime No.635/2012, registered at P.S Sachal, Gadap Town, under sections 302, 324, 395, 109, 148, 149 P.P.C, on 23.10.2012. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is prepared to surrender before the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Malir, but apprehends danger that he will be arrested on the way to the Court of Sessions, Malir. Serious malafides against S.S.P, Gulshan Town, are alleged.

          Without touching merits of the case, protective bail for a period of four days commencing from today is granted to the applicant on his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Two hundred thousands) and P.R bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court. The applicant shall surrender himself before the concerned Court; so also to join the investigation within aforesaid period of four days. This order shall cease to have effect after expiry of four days and or on the date when the applicant surrenders himself before concerned Court, whichever is earlier.

          The application stands disposed of.
