4.         Applicant/accused Saleem S/O Bilawal seeks protective  bail in Crime No.190/2012 registered against the accused  at P.S Tando Jam  for offences U/Ss 302, 364, 201, 109, 34, 120-B PPC R/W Section 6/7 A.T.A 1997.

                        Learned advocate for the applicant  argued that the applicant is prepared to surrender before Antiterrorism Court, Hyderabad.  He apprehends  that applicant/accused will be arrested by the SSP Hyderabad with ulterior motive, on the way to Hyderabad. 

                        Without touching merits of the case, protective bail  for a period of four days is granted  to the applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/= and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.  Applicant  shall appear before  the trial Court in the aforesaid period.  It is further ordered that during this period the applicant shall also join investigation.   This order shall cease to have effect  as soon as  applicant appears  before the trial Court or on the expiry of aforesaid period, whichever is earlier.
