Through this petition, the petitioners have sought following relief (s):-

(a)               To direct the respondent No.1 to cancel all the appointments of those candidates, if any, who have been issued appointment orders despite the fact that they have secured less marks, than the petitioners and who have produced bogus degrees/certificates.

(b)              To direct the respondents that after canceling the appointment orders, if any, issued to those candidates, who have produced bogus certificates/degrees and who have secured less marks than the petitioners, and to consider the case of petitioners for their appointment on the post of PST on the basis of their secured marks.

Notices were ordered to be issued to the respondents, as well as Additional Advocate General. Comments have been filed by the District Education Officer, Kamber-Shahdadkot, in which it is stated that the petitioner No.1 (Miss. Nosheen), qualifies for her appointment as Primary School Teacher (BPS-09), whereas petitioner No.2 (Miss. Mah Jabeen) does not qualify for the job, for which she filed present petition.

By consent it is ordered that petitioner No.1 (Miss. Nosheen), shall be appointed as Primary School Teacher in accordance with law within fifteen days; and compliance report be filed in this Court through Additional Registrar. However, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the present petition for petitioner No.2 (Miss. Mah Jabeen), therefore, the petition stands disposed of accordingly in the above terms.
