                        Learned advocate for the applicant/accused Ali Mohammad  submitted that he would be satisfied  and would not press the bail application if directions are issued to the trial Court to record  the evidence of material witnesses  including  doctor within period of one month.  Thereafter  advocate for the applicant would repeat the bail application before the trial Court.

                        Learned State Counsel recorded no objection.

            Trial Court is directed to record  the evidence of material witnesses including Medical Officer within a period of one month thereafter   applicant would be at liberty to repeat bail application and  the same shall be decided by the trial Court in accordance with the law.  Bail application is dismissed as not pressed.

JUDGE
